Estimating the price of custom printed apparel can be confusing so we have made this process as simple as possible. Our instant price estimate collects all of the information related to your order and will provide you with an estimated price in a matter of moments. Price is based on the type of product, quantity, color, number of print locations and number of ink colors per location. Once you receive an estimate you will be able to create an account and request a firm quote from one of our sales representatives. (Within 24 Hours)

To begin the process, please follow the directions below.

Step 1: CLICK "GET ESTIMATE NOW"

button to skip directions and go directly to the apparel selection.

Step 2: CHOOSE CATEGORY

Choose the category of items that you wish to purchase T-shirts, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, etc.

Step 3: CHOOSE PRODUCT

Choose the specific product that you are interested in. Hanes Beefy-T, Gildan Ultra, etc.

Step 4: PRODUCT PAGE

You will now be taken to the product page. On this page, the full description of the item as well as any specifics will be detailed. From here, you must choose the color you want as well as a quantity. YOUR TOTAL QUANTITY OF SHIRTS MUST BE GREATER THAN 24. If there are additional views available, you can navigate through them with the thumbnails below the main image.

Step 5: CHOOSE A COLOR

To choose a color, find the color selector, and choose a color from the drop-down list. Please note that price varies by color. You can also see larger color swatches at the bottom right of the page by clicking the link "View Color Table Below". BE AWARE COLORS DISPLAY DIFFERENTLY ON DIFFERENT COMPUTER MONITORS, COLORS WILL NOT BE EXACTLY THE WAY YOU SEE THEM ON YOUR SCREEN!

Step 6: CHOOSE QUANTITIES

Once you have chosen a color, you must enter the quantities of shirts you want by size. This area is just under the "Choose a color" drop-down box. If a particular sizing will affect the cost of the shirt, the additional cost per shirt will be located just to the right of the name. You may enter as many different quantities as you wish. For example, you may enter 40 smalls, 3 mediums, and 10 extra large, so long as the total number of shirts is greater than 24 shirts.

Step 7: SCREENPRINTING ESTIMATE

Once you have entered the color and quantities, click the "SCREENPRINTING ESTIMATE" button at the bottom of the page. Also you may click "ADD TO CART" if you would like to purchase the product without any printing.

Step 8: SELECT PRINT LOCATION

First you will see the question "Do you want an image on the front?" if you click "yes" the menu will expand and allow you to choose ink colors, add images and design notes.

Step 9: CHOOSE IMPRINT COLORS

Screen Printing is priced according to the number of colors in an image per print location. You will need to choose all of the colors you would like incorporated in the design for this location.

Step 10: UPLOAD IMAGE

Here you can attach any artwork that you have prepared. Click the "BROWSE" Button to locate this file on your computer and then upload it to the site. You can upload anything from print ready illustrator files to jpeg scans of rough sketches. For more information on supplying art please consult out "QUESTIONS" Page.

Step 11: DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

In this field please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your supplied art or the design you would like us to create. Examples would be specifics regarding size of design: "Please print this large on the front." Print Location: "Please print this on the pocket" Design Notes: "I need a design for a family reunion with a drawing of a tree" Please be sure to include any additional text or "copy" that you want in the design: "The shirt needs to say "Thomas Family Reunion 2007" above the picture of a tree."

Step 12: REPEAT FOR OTHER LOCATIONS

Repeat this process for any other print locations. "Do you want an image on the Back?" if you click "yes" the menu will expand and allow you to provide us with the information for the next location.

Step 13: GENERATE ESTIMATE

When you are satisfied with the colors, images and notes for each section, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 14: REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE

It may take a moment when you click the "Next" button for any images to upload. Once they do, you will be taken to the "Estimate Review Page". Here you will see in bright red the estimated price per shirt. Below, you will also see a review of the information that you put in on the previous page. From here, you can either start over, or fill in the information to the right to get an exact quote.

Step 15: GET EXACT QUOTE

Your estimated price should be very close but there are some details you may have missed. To receive an exact price quote, please fill out the form to the right. Once we receive your information, a sales representative will look over the details and email an exact price quote. You should receive this within 24 hours but generally much sooner. Price quotes are only valid for 30 days due to the fluctuating costs of materials.
