Q: What are your hours of operation? A: Our website is available to place orders and contact us via email 24 hours a day. Customer Service can be reached by phone from 9 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday.
Q: What is your minimum order? A: 24 pieces for custom screen printing and greek designs. 36-48 pieces for collegiate and gold leaf apparel. There is no minimum on unprinted apparel. Minimums vary on ad specialty items.
Q: What effects the cost of my shirt? A: Quantity of shirt, type and color of shirt, number of print locations, number of ink colors per print location, and artwork.
Q: What are your quantity price breaks?
A: Our quantity price breaks are as follows:

Also you do not have to order in even dozens, those are only the price breaks
Q: What is you turn-around time? A: Once you approve your design proof your shirts will leave our warehouse within 5 business days. We are unable to guarantee shipping times from our carriers.
Q: Can I mix and match shirt colors & types in one order? A: Yes, as long as the art, press setup does not change.
Q: Can I get a printed sample of my shirt before a large production run? A: No, but we can provide a hi quality color proof and an unprinted sample of your garment.
Q: How many inks can you print? A: We can print up to 14 spot ink colors, including specialty inks: Puff, Hi-Density, Metallic. Florescent, Glow-in-the-Dark, Shimmer and more.
Q: Can you match a Pantone ink color? A: Yes, for a fee of $15 we can match any pms color through our Wilflex MX mixing system.
Q: Can you print an image over the entire shirt? A: No, our maximum print area is 14.5 x 16”
Q: Do you embroider? A: Yes, but we are not setup to quote embroidery through our website. You can view apparel options through our “UNPRINTED APPAREL” section then cal us for a quote.
Q: Do you guarantee customer satisfaction? A: We stand behind all of our work and will do what it takes to keep the customer happy. If your shirts are misprinted or damaged in any way, we will replace or credit your order with no hassles. It is the customers responsibility to carefully inspect all design proofs and order confirmations for accuracy.
