Q: What file formats do you accept? A: The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator .ai or Adobe Photoshop .psd Please consult SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS for more information.
Q: Can you print photo-realistic images on a shirt? A: Yes, but be aware that printing on a shirt is very different from printing on paper. We can print a very detailed image but there will always be a variance from the original. This is the nature of screen printing. Please consult our TECHNIQUES & SERVICES” page for more information.
Q: Can I use images from the internet? A: Yes, but we don’t recommend it. Internet images are of very low quality and often do not print well. (WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PRINT QUALITY ON SHIRTS CREATED FROM INTERNET JPEGS)
Q: Do you charge for artwork? A: Yes, art is charged at a rate of $40 / hr billed in 1/2 hr increments.
Q: Can I use the artwork you create for other projects? A: Yes we can email you a print ready copy of your design for use on flyers, banners, etc. once payment for your t-shirt order has been arranged. Additional fees may be required in some instances.
Q: What is digitizing? A: Digitizing only applies to embroidery, even if your art is built to out specs we must still create a file that contains the stitching information. This is a one time charge of $35
